A subsidiary of PUSH Group Co., Ltd, Push Die & Mold Co., Ltd was established in the year of 2000. As one of key projects of PUSH Group¡¯s high starting point and multi-developing projects, basing on hi-tech, great investment, Push Die & Mold Co., Ltd already has the capability of designing and developing the plastic products and plastic molds, the design , automobile body and the design and manufacture of relative stamping dies, as well as products injecting, pressing and network auto-management operation.
The company stands in the aim of establishing a high-tech company with the world¡¯s first rate capacity, mainly in the sector of hardware, management, designs and development and research. Presently the plant covers 100 thousand square meters, owns about 200 world-class machining centers and laser machining centers, deep-hole drills, flat grinding tables, water tool wire-cut machines and various heat-treatment machines, mainly from Europe, US and Japan. In addition, Push Die & Mold Co., Ltd has purchased 15 presses range from 250t to 2300t, various tooling and fixtures, big-scale CMM equipments from England, Germany and Italy. Meanwhile, the company has realized DNC machining and automatic management with our world advanced softwares, such as UG¡¢CATIA¡¢AutoCAD¡¢Powermill¡¢Vericut¡¢Cimatron¡¢Dynaform. Presently, the fixed assets of the company value over RMB 1.4billion.
The company has a staff of some 1000 people, of whom more than 80 percent graduated from colleges or universities, more than 50 managerial and technical professions are employed from home and abroad, more than 300 are professional in various engineer technology.
