The company is a Subsidiary of the WuLiangYe Push Group CO., LTD. It is a joint venture company of Push and M&G. Now, the factory is under building. It is an important section in the development of Push polymer strategy. It would be built into an international chemical company with advanced administration and equipments.
The factory is with an area of more than 100,000 square meters. It is located in Changning town, which is in the south of Yibin city. It is along with the Jiangchang road and at the west of Changning River.

It is 2 kilometers away from the JV to Changning town and 10 kilometers away to ShuNan Bamboo Sea. The factory has a convenient traffic and a pleasant environment.
We would invest about 1 billion Yuan. The factory would come on the stream in the end of 2009. The main product--acetate cellulose would be exported to Japan, Europe, America, etc. It will satisfy the need of many areas including the R&D of new materials, electronic product, the high-quality fibric, etc. Most important of all, it would be the first company in China that produces acetate cellulose.
The JV owns the intellectual property of the whole producing process. It would be the second company in the world that can produce the acetate cellulose used in electric material. The main equipments will be bought from abroad. The whole process will be controlled by DCS. At the same time, the factory possesses the recycling system, environmental protection and energy saving devices. The overall entrustments of process, energy saving devices, safety, and environmental protection are premier in the industry.
